"The yields of all the vineyards that have participated in the vinification of this wine are below 3,000 kilograms/hectare. Alcoholic fermentation in open barrels of 500 liters of one-year-old French oak, using native yeasts. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels."

Clarified and gently filtered without stabilization.
