Vegetable capsules of soluble and insoluble plant fiber blends. Among the soluble fibers are oat bran, apple pectin, and grapefruit, and among the insoluble fibers are psyllium seed husks.

Ingredients

Multiple fiber formula (derived from powdered soluble fibers: Oat Bran (contains gluten), Apple Pectin, Grapefruit Pectin; powdered insoluble fibers: Flaxseed Meal, Psyllium Seed Husks. Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use

For adults, take two to six capsules per day with a glass of water, distributed throughout the day, preferably outside of meals or as directed by your specialist. The daily recommended dose for this product should not be exceeded.
