A unique almost extinct breed selected by the founder as the best for the production of acorn-fed Iberian ham for its ability to convert acorns and infiltrate fat. A breed characterized by small-sized pigs, hairless, dark-colored, thin legs, and presenting mamellas (fleshy appendage on the front of the neck).
