The Amprius Garnacha is a distinguished red wine originating from the Matarraña region in the province of Teruel, Aragón. This privileged region, with its microclimate and clay soil, allows for the production of high-quality grapes. The wine presents a medium intensity ruby color with an elegant pinkish tint at the edges. On the nose, it reveals aromas of red fruits like cherries and sour cherries, along with floral hints of violet and roses. There are also spicy notes of red pepper and cinnamon, and creamy hints of strawberry yogurt, completing a complex and attractive aromatic profile. Crafted with a nighttime harvest method to preserve the optimal quality of the grape, it uses dry ice to prevent oxidation during transport. This wine undergoes a natural fermentation process and cold maceration before aging for at least twelve months in stainless steel tanks with its lees. Recommended to pair with fatty fish, white or red meats, and creamy cheeses. Best served at 14°C in a “Burgundy” glass.
