Amprius Garnacha is a red wine from the Matarraña region in Teruel, Aragón. This wine stands out for its ruby red color with pinkish hues and a slow tear. On the nose, it unfolds a complex range of aromas that include red fruits like cherries and strawberries, floral notes of violet, and subtle creamy hints. The production process aims to optimize wine quality: the harvest is done at night to preserve the grape's characteristics, followed by cold maceration and spontaneous fermentation. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, where it rests on its lees for greater mouthfeel. The wine pairs ideally with rich fish dishes, white meats, and creamy cheeses.
