Born into a family of pastry chefs, its founder began in the world of pastry in 1958, where she inherited the trade and ancestral recipes. Years later, María del Carmen Macías, along with her husband Santiago Barrios, decided to create Aromas de Medina to showcase the exquisite pastries of Medina Sidonia to the world.

The philosophy of Aromas de Medina has always been to preserve tradition, tradition in the production processes, maintaining the same ones as our ancestors. With the same natural ingredients, used for centuries. Carefully selecting each one to achieve traditional products in aroma, taste, and texture, based on recipes passed down from generation to generation.
