Fincas de Landaluce Crianza is a red wine from Rioja Alavesa that stands out for its elegance and the modern profile of its production. This wine offers an attractive bouquet with fruity notes intertwined with subtle toasted characteristics from the oak and a slight balsamic touch. Its taste is friendly, round, and balanced, resulting in an experience that invites you to take another sip.
This wine is made from selected and hand-harvested grapes from vineyards in Laguardia aged between 20 and 40 years. After destemming, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 26–28˚C, followed by a maceration lasting 7 to 10 days, and a malolactic fermentation that ensures correct acidity. Subsequently, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months, giving it good structure and complexity.
Visually, it presents an intense garnet color, and on the nose, it highlights a blend of wild fruits like cherries and blackberries, accompanied by spices and notes of wood, cocoa, and a mineral touch. On the palate, it features a rich fruity sweetness, well-balanced, with notable gastronomic potential.
It is recommended to enjoy it at a slightly cool temperature of around 15˚C, pairing perfectly with roasted vegetable dishes, pasta, and meats. Additionally, it has great aging potential, allowing you to enjoy it at its best expression for years.
