Designation of Origin (DO): Bizkaia. Txakoli, obtained from the Hondarribi Zuri grape variety. 12.5% ABV.

Txakoli is obtained from the Hondarribi Zuri grape variety, cultivated on the rolling southern hills in the heart of the Biosphere Reserve of Urdaibai, at an altitude of around 650 feet above sea level (200 meters).

The grapes are cultivated in a vinyard which uses a trellis as a production technique. Precious yellow-green tone with a fresh scent of white flowers, lemon and pineapple: full-bodied volume in taste with hints of citric.

Great for enjoying as an aperitif or with seafood, fish and vegetables. Recommended serving temperature of 8º -10 ºC. Contains sulphites.
