The organic Pinot Noir from Pays d'Oc comes from a unique terroir in Béziers, owned by the Fabre family since 1763. This wine, made from fully ripe grapes, is a pure 100% Pinot variety. After several months of aging, it develops a smoky character, bringing lightness and flavor to the palate. Aromas of red berries and peat, combined with light tannins, make it an ideal companion for appetizers as well as for dishes like beef tartare or grilled red meat. Best served around 16°C, this wine delights with its complexity and elegance.
