Our factory is the only one that continues in the urban center of Jaraíz de la Vera with the traditional grinding system improved by current technology, so that customers can savor the original product as it was 80 years ago, when it began to be produced. industrially, how is this explained?

We have a grinding system called pneumatic, we are the only ones who have this system. It is based on the transport by air of the raw material from one mill to another, so that the product does not have contact with the outside at any time, which avoids its oxidation and ensures its conservation with all its qualities intact in the container (can, bag or sack). Our aim is that our product reaches our client with that maximum level of conservation, an unmistakable color, flavor and aroma and unmatched quality.

Proof of all this is that we were awarded the Extrema Selección award by the Junta de Extremadura for the best paprika from La Vera AO in 2010, which was the first and only time that this contest was organized, in which all or most of the brands of paprika from La Vera AO that currently exist participated.
