Agustí Torelló Mata Rosat Trepat is a rosé cava that stands out for its personality, made exclusively from the Trepat variety. This organic and vegan product comes from the Ubac estate in Sant Joan de Mediona in the Valls d'Anoia-Foix region of Catalonia. The manual harvest guarantees grape quality, and the winemaking process uses plant-based clarifiers, meeting vegan standards. In tasting, this cava shows an attractive cherry red color, clear and bright. On the nose, subtle notes of red fruits are detectable. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and balanced acidity.
