Alaya Tierra is a red wine from the appellation of Origin Almansa from the region of Castilla La Mancha elaborated by Bodegas Atalaya.
The old vineyards of Garnacha Tintorera are located at about 1,000 meters of altitude, planted in soils with limestone base, sandy and with a good drainage, the yield is very low, the bunches obtained are of small size and very concentrated.
It has remained for 15 months in French and American oak casks, the latter in a small proportion.
Alaya Earth is anintense cherry colour with a very high layer and vivid red hues.
It is an interesting and complex aromatic ensemble where minerals and very ripe black red fruits stand out, with pleasant memories of new wood. In the mouth is broad, powerful, dense and ripe, balanced acidity and silky texture surprises us with an original sweetness in a long end of mouth.
