Parvus Chardonnay Blanc is a white wine from the D.O. Alella produced by the Alta Alella winery, in the municipality of Tiana (Barcelona).
These vineyards are cultivated following the principles of organic farming.
For its production, the grapes macerate with the skins for greater aromatic extraction. From a light pressing, the free-run juice is obtained, which ferments in new barrels of French oak from Allier at low temperature.
In the same barrels, Parvus Chardonnay Blanc will undergo a brief aging of 3 months.
Velvety and oily. It is balanced and has a very pleasant long finish.Clean golden yellow color with a bright appearance.Fruity notes and hints of aging. Memories of coconut and vanilla.
