Made with 100% Listán Blanco, a native variety of the region, this wine represents Borja Pérez's philosophy of minimal intervention, reflecting with purity the typicality of the Orotava Valley, in Tenerife. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral tanks, it keeps the identity of the grape and the soil intact.
Appearance: Straw yellow with golden reflections, bright and clean.
Nose: Fresh and mineral aromas with citrus notes of lime and grapefruit, stone fruits such as apricot and subtle saline and smoky touches that evoke its volcanic origin. Herbaceous and white flower nuances are also perceived.
Taste: Dry, vibrant and well structured. Its fresh acidity balances the creamy texture, leaving a persistent sensation with mineral hints and an elegant, salty finish.
