As Caborcas Tinto 2020 is a single-varietal red wine from the Valdeorras designation of origin. This wine has been produced through a careful process that includes grape varieties like Mencía, Merenzao, Sousón, Garnacha, Godello, Brencellao, and others. The grapes are grown in 80-year-old vineyards located on granite terraces along the Bibei River, which give them unique characteristics. Fermentation takes place in small oak and stainless-steel tanks, followed by smooth aging for 15 months in foudres of 1,500 and 2,000 liters. This maturation allows the wine to develop exceptional complexity and balance, resulting in an elegant and juicy product.
