The Gordo Del Circo is a white wine of the Verdejo variety, produced by Bodegas Casa Rojo under the Denomination of Origin Rueda. The grapes come from 30-year-old organic vineyards in Olmedo, Valdestillas, and Segovia. The climatic conditions have favored optimal ripening, resulting in exceptionally high-quality fruit free from mold and moisture. The harvest combines manual and mechanical methods in gravelly and sandy soils. The maceration takes place at low temperatures for 24 hours, ensuring maximum aromatic extraction. This wine features a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, an elegant nose with herbaceous and fruity notes, and provides a broad and sweet palate, thanks to its aging on lees, which adds freshness and balance.
