Atlantis Albariño 2024 is a prominent white wine from the renowned Rías Baixas designation of origin, made by Altlantis by Maetierra. This wine originates from vineyards located in the Condado de Tea, along the banks of the Miño River, where the grapes are grown in sandy soils with granite bedrock at altitudes ranging from 100 to 250 meters above sea level, on gentle slopes that facilitate their cultivation. The harvest is done manually, using plastic crates to transport the carefully selected grapes before pressing.
The production process includes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where the must is kept at a controlled temperature of 18ºC, allowing for a high-quality wine. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is racked to separate the lees and is stabilized by cold and filtration before bottling.
With an elegant lemon-yellow color, clean and bright, Atlantis Albariño is characterized by its aromatic intensity and persistence, with notes ranging from green apple to tropical fruit like pineapple. On the palate, it is long and glyceryl, with perfectly balanced acidity, making it a very pleasant option filled with sensations. This wine is ideal for pairing with fish, seafood, or light dishes.
