Atlantis Albariño 2025 is a white wine from the renowned Rías Baixas designation, produced by Atlantis by Maetierra. The vineyards are located in the Condado de Tea, on sandy soils with granite subsoil and at altitudes between 100 and 250 meters above sea level. The grapes are cultivated using a trellis system at a height of 2.80 meters. The production process includes manual harvesting in plastic boxes, grape selection, pressing, and controlled fermentation at 18ºC in stainless steel tanks. The wine is racked to separate the lees, cold stabilized, filtered, and bottled.
