Audentia Sauvignon Blanc & Muscat is a distinguished white wine from the protected designation of origin Valencia, produced by Bodegas Murviedro. Inspired by the bravery that defined the inhabitants of Valencia during the Reconquista, this wine combines structure and character in each bottle. In the production, the Sauvignon Blanc variety benefits from a cold maceration and ferments at 14ºC, while the Muscat variety uses the carbonic maceration technique. Both wines are then blended and briefly homogenized in stainless steel tanks before bottling to ensure a uniform and refreshing flavor.
