Barons de Rothschild Concordia Brut is crafted from a meticulous selection of grapes, with 60% Chardonnay mainly from the Côte des Blancs, Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, and 40% Pinot Noir from Verzenay and Ambonnay.
To enhance complexity and balance, 40% of reserve wines are included in the blend. The result is a sophisticated and elegant Champagne, capable of elevating any occasion.
Each bottle rests in underground cellars carved into the rock, where silence and darkness ensure optimal aging on lees for at least three and a half years. After disgorgement, it remains a minimum of 6 months before release.
Appearance: Pale golden color with bright reflections and extremely fine bubbles forming an abundant and persistent mousse.
Nose: Delicate aromas of pear, almond, and fresh hazelnut, harmonized with floral nuances and a refined touch of brioche.
Palate: Lively and precise entry that develops into a rounded and balanced texture. Notable for its freshness, depth, and excellent cellaring potential.
