Bendito Destino Field Blend 2023 is a unique creation from the D.O. Ribera del Duero, born from century-old vineyards in Canalejas de Peñafiel at 925 meters above sea level. Crafted by renowned sommelier Terry Kandylis along with Guillermo Cruz, this red wine breaks boundaries with a co-fermentation of varieties such as Tempranillo, Garnacha, Bobal, Albillo Mayor, Pirulés, and Alarije. Its aging of 14 months in 500-liter barrels from François Frères gives it a Burgundian profile with freshness and a limited production of 3,800 bottles. Bright ruby red in color, it reveals complex aromas of red fruits, violets, and noble wood spices. On the palate, it is elegant, with vibrant acidity and silky tannins. Ideal for pairing with lamb, game meats, wild mushrooms, and aged cheeses. Serve at 14-16°C, preferably decanted 30 minutes prior.
