Bertha Cardús Brut Nature Gran Reserva is a sparkling wine from the Cava designation of origin, produced by Cava Bertha. Its production is based on a meticulous selection process of the best grapes, resulting in a blend of 50% Xarel·lo, 27% Macabeo, and 23% Parellada. This cava is distinguished by its long aging, which gives it notable complexity and a unique expression. Visually, it presents a bright pale yellow color with greenish reflections, and its fine, persistent bubbles form an elegant bead. On the nose, deep aromas are perceived, with notes of ripe white fruits such as apple and pear, alongside citrus touches and a background of pastries and nuts, a result of its prolonged aging. On the palate, this cava shows excellent complexity, with a creamy texture perfectly balancing the lively acidity, leading to a clean and very dry finish. The notes of fruit and yeast integrate perfectly, offering a long and pleasant aftertaste.
