Bertha Max Brut Nature Gran Reserva is a sparkling wine from the denomination of Origin Cava elaborated by Cava Bertha. With 40% of Chardonnay fermented in barrel, 50% of coupage of Macabeo, Xarel · lo and Parellada and the rest of Pinot Noir in white wine, Max Gran Reserva is one of the most complex cavas of aromas of Cava Bertha. Their upbringing is at least 36 months.
In a glass, it has a very soft and harmonious little bubble detachment. The aromas are complex, predominating those of pastry, biscuit, toffee and citrus. In the mouth, it is very creamy, lactic and soft.
An ideal cava for pairing with creamy, smoked rice and stewed meats.
