Bruno Murciano Dama de Blancas is a limited edition white wine produced by Bruno Murciano from 100% century-old Macabeo grapes grown in the Hoces del Río Cabriel Natural Park in the Valencia D.O.
The wine is produced using sustainable and organic viticulture methods, with grapes harvested entirely by hand from high-altitude dryland plots. After cold maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and purity before undergoing prolonged aging for 18 months in French oak barrels and additional resting in the bottle, which brings balance, texture, and complexity to the wine, reflecting the personality of the Mediterranean terroir and the philosophy of minimal oenological intervention.
Straw yellow in color with golden highlights and a clean, bright appearance. The nose reveals intense, fresh aromas of stone fruit such as apricot and peach, along with ripe citrus notes, subtle floral touches, and herbaceous and mineral nuances that add depth. On the palate, it offers a fresh, enveloping and well-balanced sensation with a vibrant acidity that enhances the fruity and floral notes, a silky texture that is pleasant on the palate and a long and persistent finish with hints of white fruit and a salty touch that underlines its Mediterranean character.
