Rock Angel is part of the rosé collection from Château d’Esclans, managed by winemaker Sacha Lichine. This rosé is made from a careful selection of Garnacha and Vermentino grapes from La Motte in Provence. The harvest occurs between dawn and noon to ensure the grapes' freshness. Only the must from the first gentle press, conducted cold to avoid oxidation, is used. Vinification occurs at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks and 600-liter barrels, contributing to its pure and complex character. In tasting, it shows a very pale pink color, subtle aromas of peach and nectarine, floral notes, and a citrus touch. On the palate, it is silky and juicy, with good final acidity, making it a vibrant wine that can be enjoyed on various occasions. Additionally, its careful production process guarantees a high-quality product.
