Bruno Murciano Parejas del Cabriel is a vibrant and authentic red wine, made with 100% Bobal from old organically grown vineyards located in Utiel-Requena.
Under the philosophy of minimal intervention, this wine reflects the pure character of the Mediterranean terroir and the freshness provided by the altitude. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral tanks, it maintains all the fruit and minerality characteristic of the variety.
Appearance: Bright cherry red color with violet reflections and medium-high layer.
Nose: Intense aromas of fresh red fruits such as raspberries and currants, with floral notes of violet and subtle spicy and mineral touches that evoke the land from which it comes.
Palate: Fresh, juicy and balanced. Its vibrant acidity enhances the fruit, while the soft and well-integrated tannins provide structure and elegance. Long and persistent finish with hints of wild fruits and a slight earthy touch.
