Ca del Bosco Cuvée Prestige is the essence of Franciacorta, Ca ' del Bosco style. A jewel created in 2007 from an experience of thirty years. Only the best Chardonnays (75%), Pinot Noir (15%) and Pinot Blanc (10%), grapes of 134 vineyards, wine separately and skillfully mixed with the reserves of the best vintages (at least 20%) They enter into the magical rite of creation a Cuvée. It will take twenty-eight months of refinement in yeasts before this wine is ready to express all its richness and identity. A classic, well-balanced Franciacorta, nice and fresh. Perfect for any occasion.
Ca ' del Bosco is an iconic and pioneering winery in Franciacorta. A dream wanted by the same founder, Maurizio Zanella, more than 40 years ago, decided with rebellion and tenacity to go his way. In an immaculate land, of which not yet if it knew its potential for the production of wine.
