Ca del Bosco Cuvée Prestige is the utmost expression of what Franciacorta can offer, a characteristic style of the Ca' del Bosco winery. This wine, conceived in 2007 after over thirty years of viticulture experience, combines the best of three grape varieties: Chardonnay (75%), Pinot Noir (15%) and Pinot Blanc (10%). The grapes come from 134 vineyards, each vinified separately and then blended with reserves from the best vintages. This meticulous process is complemented by a period of twenty-eight months of aging on yeast, giving it exceptional complexity and richness.
