Cair cuvee 2022 is a red wine with great character, made exclusively from old Tinta Fina vines, some over a century old, ensuring low production and exceptional quality. It is a blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Merlot, sourced from vines located at 900 meters above sea level, and ages between 20 and 25 years. The vinification process takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the must ferments for 15 days. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a 9-month aging period in barrels, followed by at least 6 months in the bottle, which confers complexity and elegance. Visually, Cair cuvee presents an attractive cherry color with violet reflections and good intensity. On the nose, it highlights ripe dark fruit, accompanied by toasted and spicy aromas, as well as subtle mineral notes.
