Cair is made up of 100% with fine ink from old vines, in some cases centenarian, of very low production.
Cair is made up of 100% with fine ink from old vines, in some cases centenarian, of very low production. It makes malolactic fermentation in new French and American oak casks. It goes through a later breeding of 14 months.
The red wine Cair 2015 has a beautiful cherry colour with violet reflections, well covered, vivid, clean, shiny and very intense.
On the nose there is a clear predominance of a well-ripe black fruit embraced by toasted aromas, intense spices and slight mineral notes.
In Boca, Cair 2015 is an elegant, expressive and fruity red wine. Good entrance, intense, describes a wide, fruity, fleshy and tasty tour, very well assembled with the wood. Very good acidity, which will endow you with long life. Intense but pleasant tannic sensation. Very long and persistent finish with Amargosas notes and spices in retronasal.
