The white wine Paco & Lola is a very fresh, soft and aromatic albariño, rich in pleasant notes of green apple, citrus, notes

Paco & Lola Vintage 2016 is a white wine made from Albariño grapes from the Rias Baixas appellation. It is made from the free-run juice of grapes from our oldest vineyards. The vineyards are grown in sandy loam soils, granitic and slightly acidic.

Designation of origin: D.O. Rías Baixas.

Controlled fermentation at 16ºC for 21 days.

Once finished, the thick lees are removed and the wine is aged on its fine lees, with a weekly "bâtonnage" for 1 year.

Once the ageing is finished, it remains in stainless steel tanks for a further 4 years before being stabilised and bottled.

Tasting Note Paco & Lola Vintage

Straw yellow colour with intense greenish tones and slight golden tones.

Medium intensity, with aromas of aromatic herbs (laurel, rosemary), spices (cumin) and infusion (tea, camomile). With hints of candied fruit and an elegant background of lees.

Fresh on the palate, with good acidity and a hint of sweetness. Unctuous, oily, with hints of ripe fruit and toasted tones. Mineral and saline aftertaste.
