Appearance: It has a light golden color with bright reflections, which shows its youth and freshness.

Nose: On the nose it is elegant and complex, with aromas of stone fruits such as apricot and peach, accompanied by citrus notes such as lemon. Delicate floral notes are perceived, as well as nuances of butter, hazelnuts and a subtle chalky minerality.

Palate: On the palate, it is round and enveloping, with a silky texture and a well-integrated acidity that provides freshness. The flavors of ripe fruit are mixed with notes of toasted bread, butter and a smoky touch from its aging in barrels. The finish is long and persistent, marked by a saline minerality and an aftertaste of dried fruits.
