Chivite Colección 125 Vendimia Tardía is a remarkable white wine from the Navarra Denomination of Origin, created by the renowned Chivite winery. This wine features a single varietal profile made from Moscatel de Grano Menudo grapes. The grapes are carefully selected, one by one, in a harvest process that occurs in twelve different selections between October and December, ensuring maximum quality and freshness in every bunch. In the winery, the bunches ferment in French oak barrels, providing depth and a distinctive touch to the wine’s flavor profile. Afterwards, the wine undergoes aging in the same containers for about five months, allowing for proper maturity and the development of complex aromatic notes.
