The wines with which all the Cinzano are made (both the Rosso and the Extra Dry and the Bianco) are white, mainly of the Ugni Blanc and Chenin strains, of grapes harvested approximately one month before the normal date to make wines with these varieties. This is done to obtain less alcoholicand expressive wines, so that in the final result of the process what has the greatest prominence are the herbs.
Cinzano Rosso 1l has a dark red color and is wrapped in an intense and delicious citrus flavor. Sweet and aromatic, it leaves an unmistakable bitter taste in the palate. It's exciting, rich and daring.
