These vineyards, owned by local growers, are between 25 and 50 years old. The wine has been aged for 4 months in barrels, enriching its organoleptic characteristics. It presents a deep cherry color. On the nose, cooked red fruits and subtle hints of aromatic herbs like thyme are perceived. On the palate, it offers a long and fresh aftertaste, with notes of underbrush and shrubs.
