Menade La Mision is a white wine made by the Menade winery, standing out in the renowned D.O. Rueda. This wine is made from Verdejo grapes cultivated with care in vineyards that the Sanz family has tended since the 19th century. The grapes are hand-harvested at night to preserve their freshness. Fermentation is spontaneous, using native yeasts, contributing to the wine's authenticity. After fermentation, Menade La Mision ages for 8 to 10 months in French oak and new Burgundy barrels. This careful process ensures the wine spends a minimum of two years in bottle, guaranteeing its complexity and quality.
