Discover the essence of Provence with Clos Cibonne Tentations Rosé , an ideal presentation for celebrations and high-level gastronomy.
This rosé is no conventional wine; it represents the gateway to the historic savoir-faire of Clos Cibonne, a cult winery famous for the recovery of the Tibouren grape. Although the Tentations cuvée is its 'négociant' line, it maintains the house's identity: vibrant freshness, elegance, and an unmistakable saline minerality. Crafted from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and a distinctive touch of Tibouren, this wine is born from old vineyards on schist soils near the Mediterranean.
In the glass, it seduces with a pale and bright pink color. The nose unfolds aromas of white peach, apricot, and citrus notes, evolving towards exotic touches. On the palate, it is silky, with a mineral tension that invites the next sip. The Magnum format is not only visually striking but also favors a slower and more stable evolution of the wine, preserving its freshness for longer.
Pale salmon pink color. Nose of stone fruits (peach), citrus, and white flowers. Round, fresh mouthfeel with a saline and mineral finish.
Influence of the Tibouren grape (indigenous and rare). Coastal terroir providing salinity. Magnum format (1.5L) ideal for aging and events. Fresh and gastronomic style.
Serve between 10-12°C. Ideal for luxury appetizers, bouillabaisse, spicy Asian cuisine, or grilled fish.
