Cava Corazón de Monastrell is an unprecedented creation that reflects the essence of the Mediterranean. Made from Monastrell grapes and sourced from the 2020 vintage, this cava has been developed after five years of research, offering a high-quality product. Using the Traditional Method, it has aged for over 40 months, allowing its bubbles to integrate elegantly, providing a balance between maturity and freshness. With a very limited production of less than 3,000 bottles, each bottle is not just a wine but a work of art, accompanied by a sculptural jewel from artist Nicolás de Maya. Tasting reveals a pale pink color with salmon reflections, an intense nose with aromas of ripe red fruits, and a silky, balanced, and deep palate.
