Delamain Pale & Dry Centenaire is a revered cognac that reflects the rich tradition of the Delamain cellar, known for its dedication to crafting high-quality cognacs in the Grande Champagne region. Founded in the early 17th century, Delamain has been run by the 15th generation of the family, who strive for perfection in each of their creations. This cognac is made from the Ugni Blanc variety, selecting only the best distillates aged in very old oak barrels, which impart subtle notes like lemon, orange peel, and flowers, creating a unique and sophisticated personality. The final blend includes cognacs of similar ages that rest for a couple of years to achieve perfect balance. Originally conceived in 1920, it is representative of the cellar, constituting 80% of its total production.
