Dolç Les Freses is a sweet white wine made from Moscatel Alejandria grapes of the D.O. Alicante.
The grapes are harvested by hand in 12 kg boxes when the grapes are raisined on the vine and have a temperature of 14ºC. Fermentation is carried out with its own yeasts at the foot of the vat, maintaining a controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Dessert wine, especially suitable for almond-based dry pastries, but also fantastic with blue cheeses or foie gras. Serving temperature: 12˚C.
Intense golden colour like honey.
Sultanas on the nose, almonds and hay. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping, honeyed, dense and unctuous, although with the acidity that does not make it cloying.
