Le Fleq Pinot Noir is a red wine made in the Cádiz region by Flequi Berruti, using exclusively Pinot Noir grapes from a 5-year-old vineyard in the Pago de Carrascal. This vineyard is characterized by albariza soils rich in calcium carbonate. After manual harvesting, the wine ferments in 500-liter French oak barrels for 28 days, followed by aging for 10 months in the same barrels. It presents a bright cherry red color with a medium-low layer. On the nose, intense aromas of red fruits such as cherries and raspberries are noticeable, accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs and wildflowers. On the palate, the wine is smooth and tasty, with a medium body and balanced acidity, making it very pleasant to the palate.
