Le Fleq Pinot Noir 2023 is a unique single-varietal red wine produced by Flequi Berruti in the picturesque region of Cádiz, Spain. The grapes used for this wine come from a vineyard of only 5 years, located in the Pago de Carrascal, with soils rich in albariza and a high calcium carbonate content that impart special characteristics to the grapes. The harvest is done manually, ensuring the selectivity of the best grapes. Fermentation takes place in 500-liter French oak barrels for approximately 28 days, allowing for a complex and refined aromatic profile. Afterwards, the wine undergoes 10 months of aging in the same barrels, contributing to its elegance and structure. In tasting, Le Fleq Tinto presents a bright cherry red color and a medium-low layer. Its aromas evoke vibrant red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, complemented by hints of wild aromatic herbs and floral notes. On the palate, it is fluid and tasty, with a medium body and a good entry accompanied by balanced acidity. This wine is ideal for enjoying in company and pairing with meat dishes, pasta or tapas, highlighting the diversity of Andalusian gastronomy.
