Dominio de Tares Cepas Viejas 2021 is a red wine from the Bierzo designation of origin in the beautiful region of Castilla and León. This wine is characterized by its meticulous production process; it is handpicked, grape by grape, ensuring the selection of the best grapes. Fermentation is done with natural yeasts, adding an authentic touch to the product. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 9 months in both French and American oak barrels and given an additional 6 months in the bottle to perfect its nuances. The result is a wine of intense cherry red color, with a nose offering a rich range of confit red and black fruits, accompanied by hints of bakery and roasted nuts.
