El Caire Rosado is a 2023 vintage rosé wine made from the Monastrell grape. This wine is obtained through careful traditional methods in a glass format. The process begins with destemming the bunches, followed by a skin maceration lasting approximately 3 hours at a controlled temperature of 12ºC. Subsequently, the must is separated, fermenting in stainless steel tanks at 19ºC. This wine remains in contact with its fine lees until bottling, giving it greater complexity. It is noteworthy that it has no aging. In tasting, an intense pink color can be observed, accompanied by pleasant aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and violets. On the palate, this wine stands out for its impact and power, showing good acidity and a long, complex finish.
