El Lebrero de Callejo is a high-quality white wine produced by the renowned Bodegas Felix Callejo, using the Albillo grape variety typical of the D.O. Ribera del Duero. This designation is located in the picturesque village of Sotillo de la Ribera, in the province of Burgos, bordering the Duero River. The area is known for its altitude, ranging from 830 to 930 meters, and its various soil types, which include limestone in the high lands, gravel, and sandy soils, as well as clays in the lower regions. El Lebrero presents an intense yellow color with golden highlights, clear and bright. Its nose is an intense and complex mix of ripe exotic fruits, white flowers, and aromatic herbs, with a mineral and balsamic background.
