El Parotet is an iconic red wine from the Celler del Roure winery, located in the heart of the Valencian wine region.

This limited production wine stands out for its unique personality, the result of the combination of native grapes such as Mandó and Monastrell, which grow in clay and limestone soils under the warm Mediterranean sun. The winery uses traditional techniques such as aging in clay jars, which gives El Parotet a distinctive and natural character, far from the use of oak barrels.
