El Parotet is an iconic red wine from Celler del Roure, located in the heart of the Valencia wine region. This limited production wine stands out for its particular personality, the result of a careful blend of native grapes, mainly Mandó and Monastrell. These grapes grow in clay and limestone soils under the warm Mediterranean sun, giving them a unique and authentic richness. The winery has chosen traditional techniques in its production, such as aging in clay jars, moving away from the use of oak barrels.
