The Usaldon Nursery Red is an exceptional wine coming from a five-year-old vineyard at Finca Casa Balaguer. This wine is made with 30% whole clusters and all uncrushed grapes, allowing for a unique fermentation in clay jars with natural yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is pressed and then placed back in the jars for four months, a process that highlights its uniqueness. In tasting, this red presents a clean, precise, and quite fruity profile, avoiding banality and offering an earthy touch that distinguishes it.
