Finca Calvestra Margas 2020 is an exceptional white wine produced by Bodega Mustiguillo, which has distinguished itself in the wine world for its commitment to native varieties and sustainable viticulture. This wine comes from vineyards located in the Finca Calvestra, situated at 900 meters above sea level in the Requena area, where carefully old Bobal vines grafted with Merseguera are cultivated. The marl soils and the Mediterranean mountain climate contribute a unique singularity to this product. The harvest is done manually, followed by a rigorous selection of bunches to ensure maximum quality. Fermentation is carried out in 500-liter barrels using indigenous yeasts, giving each sip a reflection of the terroir. The wine is aged for 11 months on fine lees in used acacia barrels, followed by two years of bottle maturation. In tasting, Finca Calvestra Blanco Mustiguillo Margas stands out for its brilliant straw-yellow color with golden reflections. Its aromas are intense and elegant, presenting notes of Mediterranean white flowers, anise nuances, and subtle touches of acacia.
