"Fiulot" in the local dialect of Piemonte means "young". This Barbera is delicate and easy to drink, a youthful expression of its fruit and aromas.
The harvested grapes were brought to the winery, destemmed and crushed. Maceration on the skins was carried out over a period of 5 to 7 days at a temperature not exceeding 28 °C. The wine was racked and completed both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before the winter season. Fiulot was aged in stainless steel tanks before bottling in the spring.
Fiulot is an intense and vibrant ruby red colour.
The nose is vinous and fruity with notes of plums and cherries.
The palate is fragrant and exceptionally pleasant.
