Flor de Pingus is one of the standout wines from Bodegas Dominio de Pingus and a benchmark in the Ribera del Duero denomination. Its smooth palate offers delight with flavors of blackberries and blueberries, complemented by notes of oak and mocha. It exhibits a dark ruby color, with an intense nose reminiscent of blackberries and plums, alongside spicy hints of leather and tobacco. The vinification took place in small stainless steel tanks, with 50% undergoing malolactic fermentation in barrels, while the rest was fermented in stainless steel tanks. Its aging lasts 18 months, with 40% in new Allier oak barrels and the remainder in used barrels, which imparts unique characteristics to the product.
