Fontaine Gagnard Criots Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru is an outstanding white wine from the Chassagne-Montrachet region, produced by the prestigious Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard. This wine is made from Chardonnay grapes from vineyards aged between 30 and 80 years, located in a prime area between Puligny and Chassagne. The vinification is done traditionally, using barrels to add richness to the wine. Aging takes place for about 12 months, with 40% new oak, allowing for the development of a noticeably intense bouquet.
