Jinzu gin was conceived by bartender Dee Davies, who won first place in the 'Show your Spirit' competition, a competition designed for bartenders to design and present their own brand and drink. Inspired by Dee's trip to Japan and her enthusiasm for flavor exploration, Jinzu fuses the nearly 250-year tradition of classic British gin distillation with the signature essences of Japan, offering a sensory experience that takes us from the west to East.
Traditional botanicals such as juniper and coriander combine harmoniously with the acidity of yuzu, the subtlety of cherry blossoms and the firmness of Kobe sake. Jinzu exudes a fresh and smooth flavor, culminating in a long-lasting and marked finish; a perfect balance where each component shines on its own and, at the same time, together.
