Goliardo a Telleira Blanco 2021 is a wine made from the Albariño grape, belonging to the prestigious D.O. Rías Baixas. This wine is produced by Bodega Forjas de Salnés, known for its focus on quality and tradition. The vines, aged between 60 and 80 years, grow near the sea, imparting a unique character to the wine, influenced by maritime elements. After a careful aging process in barrels, the wine is bottled and submerged in cages 30 meters deep in the waters of the Ría de Arousa for 2 to 3 months. This distinctive aging method gives Goliardo a Telleira its remarkable minerality and complexity. Tasting notes: on the nose, white fruits stand out, layered with a hint of sweet fruit and citrus notes, complemented by subtle wood and an attractive mineral finish.
