This is a small family winery where all the production comes exclusively from own plantations. They are mostly planted plots in many cases more than 100 years ago and without mechanization options, so the fundamental tasks are still being done by hand.
The grape comes from its own plantations in the Aguilera with more than eighty years old.
This comes with a 12 month ageing in French oak barrels.
Hacieda Solano Viñas Viejas is a bright cherry red colour with violet, high and shiny layers.
Intense and complex on the nose with fresh fruit and elegant touches of oak.
Good structure and balance with BlackBerry flavors and toast. Ripe tannins with long persistence.
